The congested stretches — around the metro first, then again on the approach into the Orlando corridor — push things toward the longer end, but only by a handful of minutes. No meter is running, so a heavier traffic day changes nothing about what you owe. When a tight check-in is waiting at the far end, build the plan on the shorter estimate. Four hours of air-conditioned road time is a fair mental picture, and a short break along the way is easy to arrange if the group wants one.
One vehicle, held for your party, taken straight up Florida’s Turnpike — that is the entire plan.
