Between Miami International Airport and Casa Faena Hotel sits a 15 to 25 minute drive along the Dolphin Expressway (SR-836), covered in a Black SUV or private van from a flat $80 for the whole vehicle. The run works in either direction, and the bilingual chauffeur who drives it collects you at the curb and sets you down in Mid-Beach.
Each figure below belongs to the vehicle rather than the passenger, agreed at the moment of booking and never recalculated afterwards for demand or hour.
Under ordinary conditions the trip takes about 15 to 25 minutes. Travel mid-morning or in the evening, when the roads are calmer, and you tend to land at the lower end of that band. The morning and late-afternoon rush thickens traffic between the airport and Miami Beach and pushes it toward the upper end. Your chauffeur reads the live route and adapts to whatever the roads are doing, so the delay is our problem rather than yours. Even so, if something time-sensitive is waiting on the other end — a dinner reservation, an event — build in a little margin when you set the pickup.
It can. Through the busiest morning and evening stretches the same trip runs several minutes longer than it would off-peak, for the simple reason that there are more cars on the road. Your chauffeur reroutes in real time to keep the difference as small as the conditions allow.
A private transfer is the shortest line between the terminal and Casa Faena Hotel. Choose by group size — a Black SUV for up to 5 passengers, or a private Mercedes-Benz Sprinter van for 6 to 9 or 10 to 14 — and pass along your flight number and hotel details when you book. The vehicle then belongs to your party for the trip. On landing you walk out, your bags are loaded, and the car heads straight for the hotel entrance in Mid-Beach. No line to stand in, no app to keep refreshing, and no waiting while somebody else is collected on the way. It is the plainest route there is from the gate to your room.
Buses do run in Miami, but reaching Mid-Beach from the airport on them generally means at least one transfer and a walk at the far end with your luggage in tow. A private transfer removes all of that: one door-to-door run from MIA to the hotel entrance, bags loaded for you, with a chauffeur already waiting when you come out.
Pick the tier that matches your party — all three are held for your booking and nobody else’s.
Yes. The standard allowance is one checked bag plus one carry-on per passenger, and your chauffeur loads all of it for you. If you are travelling with extra or oversized pieces, send a WhatsApp message ahead of the day — we either confirm the space or move you into a larger private van so everything fits without anyone sitting with a case on their knees.
Per vehicle. The flat figure above covers the whole group up to that vehicle’s capacity — 5 in the SUV, up to 9 or 14 in the private vans — so adding another passenger inside the limit does not raise anything. One booking, one price, everyone riding together.
The fare buys the vehicle, the assigned chauffeur, and the complete door-to-door ride. Tolls, SunPass charges, and fuel are folded in, so there is nothing to settle out on the road. Onboard WiFi comes from a mobile hotspot, which means you are back online the moment you sit down. The standard luggage allowance is one checked bag plus one carry-on per passenger, loaded for you. Airport collection is curbside, right where you step outside the terminal. What was quoted is what you pay, with nothing appended later.
Only a few things, and none of them arrive as a surprise. An in-terminal meet-and-greet with a name sign can be requested as a paid add-on. Trips outside daytime hours take a night surcharge. And a round trip is simply two one-way fares. Everything listed as included stays inside your flat per-vehicle price.
Daytime hours run from 7:00 AM to 9:00 PM and carry no addition. Trips falling outside that window take a small night surcharge, set out below by vehicle.
Yes to both. Small pets are welcome given advance notice on WhatsApp and a proper carrier to travel in. For families, the first child seat is free for a child under 5, with any additional seats carrying a small fee we confirm at booking. Tell us what you need in advance and the vehicle is set up before it leaves for the airport.
Payment is direct and flexible. Venmo, Zelle, or a secure payment link we send across all work, and cash is accepted for neighboring, close-in pickups. Nothing is stacked on top as a booking fee — the deposit plus the balance comes to exactly the quoted rate and no more. Once the deposit lands, your vehicle and chauffeur are held for that date and time, and WhatsApp stays open if anything about the plan shifts.
A return journey is simply two fares — one for the airport collection, one for the run back. Any booking is secured with a 50% deposit paid by Venmo, Zelle, or a secure link, with the other 50% handed to your chauffeur on the day of travel. Cash covers close-in pickups.
Message us on WhatsApp or send an email with your date, pickup time, passenger count, and flight number. We reply with the vehicle that suits the group and the fare confirmed. The moment your deposit arrives, that chauffeur and that vehicle are committed to your exact date and time.
Curbside at MIA, waiting where you come out of the terminal once you have your bags. If your group would rather be met inside at baggage claim by someone holding a name sign, that in-terminal meet-and-greet is an optional paid add-on you arrange when booking. Either way somebody is there for you.
Nothing on your side changes. Your chauffeur follows the inbound flight in real time and moves the pickup automatically, so an early or delayed landing costs you nothing and requires no rebooking. Just travel — the collection is re-timed to whenever the wheels actually touch the runway.
Casa Faena Hotel stands in Mid-Beach, the stretch of Miami Beach running along Collins Avenue between the noise of South Beach and the quieter resorts further north. The building itself is a restored Mediterranean Revival property, small and design-led, and it forms part of the wider Faena cultural district that the area is known for — art, architecture, and the beach itself. Walk out of the door and the sand, the oceanfront promenades, and a full calendar of dining and cultural events are all close by. The neighbourhood keeps its boutique character while opening onto the wide Atlantic beach, which is how guests get the ocean without the density of the south end. There is more about the boutique Casa Faena hotel and about the surrounding Faena District in Miami Beach on the official sites.
Life in Mid-Beach turns around the Atlantic: walking paths along the water, swimming, and long stretches of sand immediately outside the door. The neighbouring Faena District brings art installations, theatre, and restaurants, while Collins Avenue itself is good for wandering, coffee, and easy access to the galleries, shops, and nightlife of the wider Miami Beach.
From Mid-Beach it is a short hop south into South Beach for the Art Deco district and the nightlife, or north into the calmer beach neighbourhoods. Downtown Miami and Brickell sit across the bay for business and dining. Your chauffeur can carry you on to any of them on a future booking.
A private car means one vehicle held for your group and nobody else — nothing shared, nothing pooled, only the people on your booking in the cabin. The chauffeur is bilingual, working in English along with Spanish or Portuguese, which makes that first ride after a long flight considerably easier. You reach us directly on WhatsApp before and during the trip, so a change of plan goes to a real person instead of into a queue. Your bags are loaded for you and the route runs straight from the airport to the hotel with nothing inserted along the way. It is a calmer and more predictable arrival than taking your chances at the curb.
A tighter, more upscale arrangement — one agreed fare, a named chauffeur, a pickup keyed to your flight — for a significantly smaller total than Uber Black or Lyft Lux.

Reserving takes a couple of minutes. Send the flight number, the date and time, the passenger count, and the hotel details, and your vehicle and fare come back confirmed straight away.
