We recommend to book in advance to ensure availability and punctuality. Unfortunately, we cannot dispatch our vehicles or drivers without a confirmed reservation.

We operate exclusively with confirmed bookings to ensure that our vehicles and drivers are ready for you when you need them. While we can’t mobilize services without a reservation, securing your transfer from Miami Airport to the Cruise Terminal Fort Lauderdale, Miami Airport to FLL, or Miami Airport to hotels in Fort Lauderdale is easy!

When booking, please provide us your arrival date, time, flight number, number of passengers, amount of luggage, and your destination.

We suggest you to book at least 24 hours in advance. Although we can schedule services with a minimum of 12 hours, but this is subject to availability.

We operate on a "curbside" basis, meaning you exit through any door, and we will pick you up at the specified exit. However, if you prefer the Meet and Greet service, it can be requested for an additional fee of $20.00.

Our driver will be in contact with you the day before and during your arrival, facilitating communication to coordinate the pickup.

We monitor your flight to ensure punctuality upon your arrival. The waiting time begins from the flight's actual landing time, not the scheduled pickup time. This is a great advantage for you, as it avoids concerns about additional waiting charges.

The Meet and Greet is not included.  However, you may request this service for an additional fee of $20.00.

We offer spacious and modern vehicles, such as minivans and high-end SUVs, equipped with air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and chargers for your electronical devices.

No. SUVs can accommodate up to 5 people with large luggage or 6 people with carry-ons. We recommend a 12-passenger VAN, where you will be more comfortable.

Yes, but please let us know the details of your specific needs, so we can provide the appropriate pricing and availability.

The first child seat is included at no additional cost. From the second seat onward, a $15.00 charge will apply per seat.  Please request the child seat when booking, we comply with the law.

Our rates include taxes, fuel, regular tolls, and a bilingual driver (Spanish – English). The tips for the driver are not included and are optional.

Nighttime services: Transfers between 10:00 pm and 7:00 am incur an additional fee of $20.00 per group.

Holidays: There are no additional charges.

In case of flight cancellations, we will reschedule your service at no additional cost. However, if you miss your flight or fail to board due to personal reasons, it will be declared a no-show, and the refund does not apply.

If your flight is canceled, please let us know as soon as possible to reschedule your service at no additional cost.

Yes, you can modify or cancel your reservation at least 48 hours in advance. Services are valid for the reserved day only and cannot be changed, unless we have been notified within the permitted time frame.

If you cancel at least 48 hours in advance, you will receive a full refund.

Our service is private; you will not share the vehicle with other passengers.

Yes, we offer private transportation to destinations such as Miami, Orlando, Fort Lauderdale, Naples, and West Palm Beach. We also provide service to Miami International Airport and other personalized services. If you would like to make a reservation, please let us know, we will be happy to assist you.

Yes, we offer transportation services from and to Port of Miami.

You can book for groups by contacting us via the contact form, our email is info@transfers.miami or through our social media. We provide transportation service for large groups also.

 

The estimated travel time is 20 to 30 minutes, depending on traffic.

It takes 45 to 60 minutes approximately, depending on traffic.
